Premium Payment Procedure

  2. Send the payment details and proof of bank transfer copy with subject: "[Producer or Insured name] - policy payment details on date [DD/MM/YYYY]" to Collections.Indonesia@aig.com

  3. AIG Indonesia will book your payment in 3 (three) working days since the date of premium received (usually within the same day for same bank transfer or 2-3 days for inter-bank transfer), provided we receive complete payment details as in this template example

 

Other information:

  • Please use Bank Indonesia daily selling rate if you are not paying in policy original currency
  • In order to comply with POJK 69 year 2016, starting from February 2020, AIG Indonesia will send premium payment reminder and cancellation letter for policies with premium still outstanding after Premium Payment Warranty (PPW) period
  • To avoid receiving premium reminder and cancellation letter, please refer to monthly Statement of Account (SOA) and pay the premium before the Premium Payment Warranty (PPW) period expires as agreed in policy document

General Information

We would like to advise that with effect from 1 December 2016, PT AIG Insurance Indonesia no longer offers Personal Insurance products in Indonesia, which include Auto, Travel (except airline business), Personal Accident, PLUS and Extended Warranty. We remain committed to providing our policyholders with a high level of service, including full policy and claims support, through the remaining terms of their policies.

AIG Indonesia is focused on Simply Serving Indonesia. We make things easy and clear, with top-level service, ethics and professionalism.
