AIG Marine Klaim Cepat are a set of procedures for the handling of marine cargo claims whereby claims under certain criteria will be paid within 7 business days since notice of loss date subject to all required claim documents received by AIG.
The objective of this customer-focused procedure is to improve customers experience by providing simple requirement and faster claims services for small value marine cargo claims.
